Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all bookkeeping subscription packages (Silver, Gold and Platinum) and one-time services.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed for a subscription period or service, it cannot be refunded.

Cancelling future services

You may cancel future services at any time by giving us 30 days written notice. Your subscription will remain active — and billable — through the end of the 30-day notice period, after which no further charges will be made.
